About the race
The Défis du Donjon events take place in the natural setting of the Cher river, at the Plage de Montrichard Val de Cher. This event, organized by the Montrichard Aquatique Squale club, offers an open water immersion with courses adapted to different levels, ranging from discovery to more demanding distances.
The atmosphere is shaped by the river's current and the picturesque setting of the Loir-et-Cher department. Participants are required to arrive on-site for a mandatory briefing before each start, ensuring safety and a clear understanding of the course, which may vary in the number of laps depending on the chosen distance.
